These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the atelierluxedesign.co.uk website operated by ATELIERLUXE DESIGN LTD (“AtelierLuxe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this website, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
About us
ATELIERLUXE DESIGN LTD is a private limited company registered in England (company number 17277523), with its registered office at 8 Wills Street, Birmingham, England, B19 2AY.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Website information is general only
The content on this website is provided for general information about our design services. It does not constitute advice, a quotation, or an offer to enter into a contract, and should not be relied upon as such. We may update or change website content at any time without notice.
Design availability and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability or create a binding agreement. Design availability is not guaranteed. We will respond to enquiries and, where appropriate, discuss your requirements separately.
Quotes, scope, and agreements
Quotes and project scope are confirmed separately in writing. Design deliverables, rounds of revision, timelines, file formats, and usage rights are project-specific and are agreed before work begins. Where these terms and a written project agreement differ, the written project agreement takes precedence for that project.
Third-party services
Printing, production, packaging manufacture, material testing, labelling compliance, photography, copywriting, web development, hosting, and other third-party services are confirmed separately where required, and may be subject to the terms of those suppliers or specialists.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing an accurate brief, content, and brand assets.
- Ensuring you have the rights to any materials you supply to us.
- Providing timely approvals and feedback within agreed revision rounds.
- Confirming usage requirements, and the accuracy of any content, figures, or claims used in deliverables.
No guaranteed outcomes
Design and visual direction can support how a brand is presented, but we do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome. We make no guarantee of brand growth, sales, engagement, investment, audience reach, or any other commercial result.
No implied endorsements
Nothing on this website is intended to imply any award, accreditation, certification, or client endorsement that is not expressly stated. Imagery used on this website is for visual atmosphere and design-studio context only and does not represent real client projects, portfolios, or outcomes.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, and design of this website are owned by or licensed to ATELIERLUXE DESIGN LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership and usage rights of commissioned design work are set out in the relevant project agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the general information provided on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
